This was it for me (hypothyroidism and CFS). After a lengthy struggle with fatigue and a history of hypothyroidism, I’ve discovered my body doesn't operate like it used to. Despite ideal thyroid levels with medication, I felt weaker. Learning that thyroid medication causes carnitine deficiency piqued my interest. Research suggested taking L-Carnitine can significantly improve energy levels and well-being, which proved true for me when I began 1000mg twice daily. My weakness greatly diminished, endurance improved, and I even started sleeping better.
