My saviour: I dealt with pain in the right hypochondrium until I opted for this silymarin. Initially, I took it twice daily with my husband, then switched to one capsule in the evening. Remarkably, the pain subsided, and I now have regular bowel movements with no facial rashes. I'm very satisfied with this product.
