A change for my skin! I began drinking lactic acid bacteria and initially took more than recommended (2 tablets after each meal). There were no side effects, and my skin looks beautiful now, with fewer blemishes. I keep up my regimen with just 1 tablet daily. Moreover, my immunity feels enhanced as I haven't experienced a cold recently! The value is great, and I plan to continue.

This supplement seems excellent for boosting immunity. I've only taken it briefly, but I've already noticed a difference. When I caught a viral infection, I hardly noticed it—a slight stuffy nose and mild weakness lasted just 2 days! Previously, my colds lasted longer. I doubled my dose during this time. I hit the gym again and felt no residual weakness or drop in strength! I’m pleased with the quality and proven ingredients.

Children's strength
We like this supplement! The children have started taking it and already noticed a boost in their immune systems. They caught a virus but seemed to recover quickly with just a slight stuffy nose and weakness for 2 days. It used to take them longer to overcome a cold. I doubled their doses of D3 and Omega during this time. The capsules are a pleasant size, and the quality is very good.
