Very pleased! Fast delivery, high-quality and convenient packaging, with nothing damaged. The capsules are a bit large, but swallowing isn’t an issue; they taste like citrus, and I enjoy taking them. I take 1 capsule daily with meals, alongside vitamin D3+K2, magnesium, and vitamin B6. After 10 days, I've begun to notice benefits; I used to suffer from frequent headaches, nausea, and fatigue throughout the day. Now, my energy has increased, headaches have ceased, and my mood is excellent. I recommend it, particularly for those interested in fitness or adhering to a diet.

The capsules are a bit large, but pose no issues when swallowing; they have a citrus taste, which I enjoy. I take 1 capsule once a day with meals, combined with vitamin D3+K2, magnesium, and vitamin B6. I've noticed benefits already; before starting, I dealt with frequent headaches, nausea, and fatigue throughout the day. I use this for my acne; it is AMAZING! I started taking 2-4 capsules after each meal (3 meals a day), effectively in megadoses to benefit from it. In the first month, I didn’t see major results, only a reduction in acne with considerable nausea and vomiting. Over time, nausea and vomiting reduced significantly, although I experienced either diarrhoea or constipation. I’m 21 and have suffered from cystic acne for years. I previously took Accutane twice, which didn’t work. Also, the capsules are quite large, causing nausea on occasion, typically due to taking them on an empty stomach. Be sure to eat before taking them.
