A great supplement with many benefits. I initially purchased Acetyl-L-Carnitine for my 94-year-old mother, who has dementia, due to its antioxidant properties and enhancement of cognitive abilities, as well as its capacity to increase glutathione essential for brain function. It also improves blood flow, beneficial for people with dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. I have also started using it for reducing oxidative stress and increasing energy.

Excellent! I purchased it for my 85-year-old father, who is in the early stages of Alzheimer's. After three doses, he began to speak and smile again, which was a pleasant surprise, even if the improvement was modest. We're currently using one capsule in the morning, with plans to increase it to two.
