I don't know about others, but it didn’t work for me. I have third-degree steatosis and, after a week of taking silymarin, I experienced chest pain and prolonged heavy menstruation. My doctor informed me that silymarin enhances oestrogen, which might have caused the pelvic pain and other symptoms. When I stopped, the pain subsided. It's not appropriate for everyone.

It works! After undergoing antiparasitic treatment, I had pains in my left side. Adding silymarin improved my condition significantly and the pelvic pain vanished. I highly recommend it!
