Effective in increasing energy. The size is a small black lump, easy to swallow. I take 30 mg twice a day, mornings and evenings. It greatly increased my libido and helped combat erectile dysfunction. However, I experienced stomach pain when taking it on an empty stomach, so I advise taking it after a meal.
