The Solgar company is one I approve of, as their products are halal, free from dairy, gluten, and wheat, and non-GMO. I've noticed an improvement in my immunity, hair, nails, and skin since using their supplements. The quality is excellent, and I strongly recommend it. I take one pill daily before breakfast, alongside collagen, on an empty stomach. As the capsules have no taste, they are easy to swallow. You will notice a difference after consulting your doctor, God willing.
