Wonderful! I am not allergic to it! My body did not respond poorly to vitamin C from various manufacturers, as I usually develop a red rash on my elbow that itches. This particular vitamin C did not cause any allergies, which has made me very happy. I recommend it to anyone with similar issues; it may suit you too.

Face rashes experienced
Based on my experience, it's best to take this supplement only when needed. It is very effective; however, both my husband and I experienced rashes on our faces - one near his eye and one near my mouth. We used it during illness, and it supported our treatment.

Lower dosage advised
I took 500 mg daily, which caused a rash all over my body. No other negative effects arose. If you're prone to allergies, it’s better to take a lower dosage. I had no issues with the Skin, Hair, and Nails complex where the vitamin C content was 120 mg.
