Maintains adrenal health
I've been taking Ester-C for about three years now. This non-irritating form has higher bioavailability than regular vitamin C. I rely on it daily to maintain adrenal function, increasing dosage during respiratory infections for better outcomes.

Supports adrenal health
Good vitamin C, in an accessible form with rosehip extract and bioflavonoids to enhance its bioavailability and mitigate possible side effects like burning and stomach discomfort. I take it alongside Thorne Stress Complex, 1 capsule twice a day, to support my adrenal glands.

Improved absorption

A time-release form allows for the effective intake of esterified, fat-soluble vitamin C, remaining active in the body for 24 hours. A year ago, I suffered from diarrhoea even with regular 100mg vitamin C. As vitamin C is crucial for treating adrenal gland disorder, I had given up on it due to its side effects. However, after starting with 500mg Ester-C, the slow absorption meant no diarrhoea. Unlike water-soluble C, which needs frequent dosing, Ester-C does not face that issue. I've been able to increase my intake to 1.5g of both Ester-C and regular C daily, even during pregnancy. I believe combining both forms prolongs their effects.
