Not warming enough
I don't find it bad, but I bought the white birch here which was more effective than what I had as stock was limited. The fragrance is pleasant and helps with shoulder stiffness when I catch a cold, but the warming effect of the white birch far surpasses this product.

Recently, I changed jobs and had to stand in a very cold workplace, exacerbating my sciatica symptoms. I thought I could find relief through this product, which I had purchased years ago for massages. Although my pain did not dramatically diminish, I noticed my legs and waist felt warmer and more comfortable. I plan to combine it with massage and stretching. However, the citrus-like scent might not appeal to everyone, and as it has an oily texture, it could feel sticky. I believe wiping my face with a tissue post-massage would reduce any stickiness.

I thought I'd buy this white birch oil to tackle swelling and cold feet, as it contains wheat ingredients. The fragrance is subtle but not unpleasant. After applying it on my calves and massaging gently, my feet felt warmer the following day. It's also beneficial for shoulder stiffness and lower back pain; applying it there before bed helps me feel warmer and eases my discomfort by morning. It also alleviates muscle pain. This rich oil keeps my skin moisturised until the next day, but I need to adjust the amount as it dispenses generously. The pump makes it more convenient and hygienic.
