This product is a lifesaver for me. Whenever I feel that first tingle indicating a cold sore, I apply it, and it prevents the blisters from forming. I've not had a bad outbreak since I started using this. It's worth every penny, and I always ensure I have it on hand.

Awesome! I had a cold sore that started small but spread to three on my lip. After trying my usual method with no success, I impulsively decided to retry Abreva. I wish I hadn't waited so long! The cold sores didn’t worsen, swelling diminished by the next day, and the blisters gradually disappeared without scabbing. They were hardly noticeable throughout. I’m thrilled with how quickly and quietly my cold sores resolved. I'll be keeping Abreva stocked up from now on.

These are great to keep on hand, as they work exceptionally well if caught in the prodromal stage. This early stage includes tingling, itching, and inflammation, just before the lesion appears. If you apply Abreva during this stage, you’ll greatly reduce the severity of the cold sore outbreak.

Must-have for cold sores

Just get it and start healing! If you experience cold sores, this is a must-have treatment. Although I don't get them often, when I do, this is my go-to! At the first sign of tingling or swelling, I apply this. If I use it early enough, I can avoid the cold sore entirely. Otherwise, it significantly cuts the healing time in half. Anyone who suffers from cold sores should always keep some on hand. It's pricey, but a little goes a long way.
