Be Gone Depression! Three weeks ago, I was a nervous wreck, crippled by anxiety. My heart raced abnormally, contributing to my anxiety. After trying various vitamins with only temporary relief from 5-HTP, I explored vitamin D, as I had been indoors much due to recent circumstances. Within a week, my anxiety and depression dissipated. I even experienced no more derealisation—a horrific feeling. Now, I feel like myself again, thanks to this. I highly recommend it; it genuinely works!
