Finally some relief!
I've been taking these for 9 days now. I've been having constapation issues for a few years now. I would go days with our going. Regular for me became every other day or 2 days. Sometimes longer needing to take a laxative. A big change to what my Normal originally was. I would feel discomfort and bloating. I felt miserable. Changeing my diet, exercise and more water was not helping. After another week of discomfort and nothing work I was at my breaking point. I decided it was time to try something else. I decided to get theese Because they are a gummy. Many supplements are large are hard to swallow. The first couple days of taking I was a little bloated but I started going everyday. I'll deal with a little bloating. But Now after 9 days I'm going once or twice a day. No more bloating or discomfort. I finally have relief
