Did not help bloating
Problematic! I picked up the probiotics hoping to resolve abdominal discomfort and bloating. Unfortunately, after taking one pill, I felt quite ill. I waited a few days to try again with the same disappointing result. There's something in these pills that does not sit well with my system.

Awful constipation
I used this for three days, and it caused severe constipation, more than I had previously experienced. It's now uncomfortable. It did help lessen some stomach cramps and bloating, but the constipation side effect is unbearable. I researched and found that lactobacillus acidophilus, a primary strain, can cause constipation. Buyer beware! I stopped using it and ordered a different probiotic without constipating strains.
