Highly recommend from one IBS sufferer to another! Years after my appendix ruptured, I struggled with IBS flare-ups causing excruciating bloating and gas. Despite numerous medications, nothing worked until I found Align and IBgard peppermint capsules. Align has made me regular, and I no longer experience the bloating that caused blockages. The first few days might cause slight constipation as your body adjusts, but it's absolutely worth it!

WORKS! My digestive issues are usually stress-related, causing bloating, nausea, and stomach cramps. After a job change, all my symptoms flared up. I began taking Align, and within three days, all my symptoms disappeared. The bloating was gone, I had regular bowel movements, and my appetite returned. This truly works to balance one’s gut, and I can't recommend it enough!
