WORKS!! My digestive issues are usually stress-related. Any big life event sends my gut spiralling. Bloating, lack of appetite, gas pains, stomach cramps, constipation, and nausea. In stressful times, whatever I eat makes my stomach very upset. After a job change, I started taking Align and within three days all my symptoms were gone. GONE. Bloating disappeared, bowel movements became regular, no more gas pains or nausea, and my appetite returned. It truly works to balance your gut! I can't recommend it enough!
