This product has changed my life. Recommended by my gastroenterologist, it alleviated my IBS symptoms and a past bout of C Diff colitis. After taking it for over a year, I no longer experience gas, bloating, constipation, or diarrhoea. It’s wonderful, with no side effects, and I strongly believe many could benefit from it.

They actually work! I hadn’t had an easy time in the bathroom for nearly 15 years—just bloating and painful retention. These provide nice relief for a day or two after taking them, and I no longer deal with bloating or constipation. I didn’t expect such results but am thoroughly pleased.

Side effects present

Align initially improved my constipation and abdominal pain, but after a while, I began to feel ill. I stopped taking it for a day and felt much better—no nausea and my appetite returned. Though Align helped my gut issues, I experienced side effects that made it hard to function. I won't take it again or recommend it based on my experience.
