This product cured my IBS and acid reflux. Many years ago, I struggled with IBS with no success in treatment. A recommendation led me to Align, and it was a life saver. After having my first child, my IBS improved significantly. However, I later experienced acute acid reflux for three months. Give it time. I started taking these upon my doctor's recommendation to help regulate some intestinal problems. I had issues with acid reflux, lactose intolerance, and IBS. Initially, there were difficulties as it caused some intestinal discomfort and frequent trips to the restroom. Taking it after dinner proved effective, and I needed to ensure I didn't miss a dose to avoid IBS symptoms. The individual packaging for each day helped with tracking. After over three months, I finally noticed a difference; I'm no longer lactose intolerant, and it's aiding in my weight loss.
