I originally purchased this at a local health food store. Way better price on Amazon! The first day I took it every two hours. My Headache was terrible so I also took an OTC pain reliever to ease the head/sinus pain. By day two I was feeling a lot better. My nose was still runny, but the sinus pressure and pain was at a minimum. I'm now on day 8- and have no need for my steroid nasal spray (which I was taking at night and in the morning- everyday, all year due to repeated sinus infections). As long as I take ReLeaf as directed, and use the neti pot once a day, I am great! It a miracle!!! Don't think twice about this- buy it NOW
