Not suitable for allergies
If you have any environmental allergies, I would not recommend this. It tastes good, and I wish I could drink it, but I have a grass allergy. Anything made or grown in grass can provoke an allergic reaction, as I discovered after my first attempt. I’m sharing this in case others face similar issues.

Severe allergic reaction
Allergic reaction. The taste was fine in my smoothie; however, there is something in that product to which I am allergic. I read and re-read the package. Strawberries are not listed, and I am allergic to them. I experienced a scratchy throat and coughing, just like when I consume strawberries. With so many other ingredients, it's uncertain if strawberries were present or if something else triggered my allergic reaction. Previously, I used another brand with no issues. I advise anyone with food allergies to avoid this and stick with pure wheat grass. Amazon kindly apologised and issued a refund.
