This product worked wonders! After years of near-constant diarrhoea following food poisoning, nothing seemed to help, including probiotics I tried and a doctor-recommended supplement. On a whim, I decided to order this for just $10 for two months—guess what? It worked within two days! By day four, my bowel movements were back to normal. I’m now a dedicated customer and recommend it to anyone with bowel issues.

I noticed clearer skin, but this product exacerbated my digestive issues. As someone with IBS-D symptoms, I hoped it would be a cost-effective solution, yet it increased my gas, bloating and worsened my diarrhoea. The skin improvement isn't worth these GI side effects.

Smelly diarrhoea

This probiotic didn't suit my body chemistry. After about two weeks, I experienced terribly smelly diarrhoea several times a day! My indigestion would disrupt my sleep. Once I stopped taking it, my symptoms started to improve, and my stool returned to normal.

This truly works if you suffer from diarrhoea. A member of my household had an extended episode of diarrhoea. Taking one cap twice daily with an anti-diarrhoeal resolved it quickly when the anti-diarrhoeal alone did not. These really do the job.

Not suitable for me

I had hoped the Solimo brand would save me money compared to Florastor, which my GI doctor recommended. Unfortunately, it didn't help, and I developed diarrhoea after a week. The only variable I changed was the probiotic, and once I returned to Florastor, I was normal again.
