Very pleased with this one

I've been using quercetin with Bromelain for over 3 years for my allergies and its been life changing. When the price starting going up on the brand I've always used, I looked for something that would be the same quality and effectiveness but less expensive. I kept my expectations low but was pleasantly surprised by this one. Works just as well, doesn't require to be taken with food, and gets to my house faster. I'm very satisfied with this product. In fact, my second bottle just came yesterday

I have year round allergies and am always interested in natural remedies. Quercetin and Bromelain are both r eputed to help . Querticin is a bioflavonid that has antioxidant properties and is believed to inhibit a histimine response by immune cells. Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple plants. It is believed to relieve the swelling of nasal passages and sinuses and well as thinning mucous as well as aiding inflammation casued by arthritis. Together these substances provide a one two punch against the symptoms of allergies and inflammation. ERasys to swallow the pills are to be taken on an empty stomach to improve absorbability. dosage is up to three pills a day. Best to start out with one to guage your reaction. My experience is that it does hlep with stuffiness and sinus headaches. Not as fast as say sine aid but it is a natural formula. I've suffered no negative side effects from use. Worth a try if you have allergies or inflamation

Wasn't sure, but now I'm convinced!

I bought this for my dog who suffers from SEVERE environmental and food allergies. I have been giving her half a capsule twice a day for a few months and wasn't sure it was working as she still scratched quite a bit. WELL, I ran out a few days ago and now shes scratching uncontrollably. I found an extra capsule in the drawer and low and behold, shes a little better! She's tried every dog and human allergy medicine over the last decade to no avail. This is the first thing that's actually made a difference without making her violently ill (thanks apoqual). I wish I had known about this supplement a decade ago. The amazon brand is cheap and effective

Immune Booster

Apparently, this helps boost your immune system to help fight off Covid-19 from what I have read. Can't say how well it works as I haven't been infected but as the saying goes an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure so I will continue to use for peace of mind

Supplement beneficial for seizure control.

I am very safety conscious about what I take that might interfere with medication. This was an exciting thing for me because it helps with reducing my seizures. Praise the Lord

The photo on the Amazon website does not show silicon dioxide. The ingredient list on Amazon website did not show silicon dioxide. The label on the bottle I got does show silicon dioxide. This is the Amazon website ingredient list which matched the label they show on the website April 24, 2021. Arrived promptly

Everything is fine. Product is well priced and worked well. My doctor recommended it to help improve immune system. Can't tell you whether it helps but I finished the bottle and am satisfied. I take one pill on an empty stomach each morning and noticed that my seasonal allergies are under control so it's a nice product that I would recommend

Has helped my IBS

I actually took this product just to help with workout recovery and as an immune booster, but have noticed that it's helped my IBS. I've been having significantly less indigestion and have been more regular. Overall pleasantly surprised and highly recommend trying if you suffer from IBS
