I was initially shocked because I ordered this wanting thicker hair but didn’t take it consistently. Medication caused 30-40% of my hair to fall out. Now, after taking biotin for a month consistently, I've begun to notice fine hairs around my hairline after about four weeks. I’m pleased with the results and would recommend it for hair loss.

Surprisingly, this really works! I was taking a well-known 10,000mcg brand, yet I still occasionally lost an unusual amount of hair and didn't realise my nails weren't growing. So, I decided to try this product, thinking that if it works, I should notice a difference with even half the dosage. Since switching to this 5,000mcg version, I've stopped losing hair significantly. My nails are now growing, which has never happened at this rate before. I'm surprised by the reviews mentioning acne, as I have had absolutely no issues. I suggest you try at least one bottle—I did, and I'm now a fan.
