These enzymes work well but not always. I adjust my intake based on the food; I might take 3 with fatty meals and just 1 with less food. I've also taken omega and D3 alongside them. When I stopped, I noticed a lack of warmth from fat digestion. I saved these enzymes for later since I'm now on an anti-candida protocol. Occasionally, I give them to my daughter when she has stomach pain from overeating.
