Significant pain relief
Helps reduce back and joint pains. I take 1000 mg (1 gram) of this product twice daily. The effective dosage may vary based on your weight and other factors. I'm male and weigh 185 pounds. The 500mg capsules offer the best value. I do not recommend the caplets/tablets, as they didn't yield good results for me. I started taking Ester-C after learning how its use improved the lives of large breed dogs with hip dysplasia. I had severe lower back pain and wanted to avoid typical OTC pain relievers. It took 2-3 weeks for the product to alleviate my pain, but it has indeed reduced it. If you stop taking it, the pain returns in about 2-3 weeks, indicating some residual effects. Excessive use can cause digestive discomfort. Primarily, I take Ester-C for back pain, and it also assists with hip and joint discomfort.
