No stomach pain

Although the capsules may be larger than others from Japan, they are not difficult to swallow. They don’t upset my stomach or cause diarrhoea. Since vitamin C is water-soluble and is excreted quickly, I take it in small doses, but being fat-soluble, it can be taken less frequently.

Regulation achieved

Recommended to buy online; I've found it effective. My hair felt heavy due to male hormones, but after use, my skin improved remarkably, regulating oils. I've also noticed a reduction in menstrual pain, including nausea and diarrhoea. While this isn't the sole benefit of the product, it certainly contributes alongside a proper diet.

Gentle on stomach

One of the best options for vitamin C! Calcium ascorbate is a gentler form that the body accepts well, unlike ascorbic acid, which can upset the stomach and cause diarrhoea. I recommend taking the average dosage of 500 mg and, when unwell, increasing it to two capsules.
