The best remedy! Throughout quarantine, my family took two to three capsules daily, and thankfully, none fell ill. Seasonal colds also avoided us. I encourage anyone who wants to bolster their immune system during this tough time to try Ester year-round! After taking vitamin C, my knee pain diminished, and sleep improved. The vitamin helped with collagen absorption, making my joints more comfortable. Previously, my feet were always cold, but that changed after using this drug. Overall, a fantastic product!
