Recommended to buy online; I've noticed the effects. My hair has become heavier due to male hormones, but after using this, my skin feels well-regulated. I no longer experience debilitating pelvic pain, like vomiting and diarrhoea during my period. However, this isn’t the sole function of this bottle, and I combine it with other diet classes.
