I often experience diarrhoea, so it's especially indispensable when dining out. Since the amount of ingredients exceeds that of papaya enzymes from other brands, I take two capsules per meal. The effect is outstanding; it keeps my stomach in good condition and prevents bad breath after a heavy meal, which is also useful socially.

This is my second bottle. I opted for the biggest size to avoid repurchasing often. My son isn’t keen on the flavour, but it does what it claims. It aids in food breakdown; my son, who has a compromised immune system, takes three after meals. He experiences no bloating or diarrhoea.

Much more beneficial than pharmacy enzymes! Why pay more for natural enzymes that are more physiological for our bodies at such a reasonable price? They are effective if you have issues with bile outflow, indigestion, diarrhoea, or inflammation. This product is easy to take and the taste is acceptable!

No pain or diarrhoea
It works for my highly sensitive stomach. This enzyme is the only one that hasn't caused me gnawing pain or subsequent diarrhoea. The enzyme's selection and potency are gentle enough to work effectively with my severely impaired system. I hope this isn't a placebo effect.

Intestinal discomfort
I do not understand - every time I take them, I end up with intestinal discomfort and diarrhoea. It is supposed to aid digestion, but it feels the opposite.

Guaranteed diarrhoea

Nothing greasy! The enzymes manage their task well, but if you eat fat, diarrhoea is guaranteed. It's not terrible or painful, but I wouldn't recommend straying far from the toilet! The enzyme papaya binds fat and removes it from the body, hence the effect.
