Amazing! If you have IBS, you must purchase these! They are fantastic and great value for money. I also have a 3-year-old granddaughter who is highly sensitive to gluten, and even one slice of bread triggers diarrhoea. I provided a little container of these tablets to her mum, who noticed a dramatic improvement in her daughter. She now buys them too. I've been giving out these tablets to family and friends who complain of tummy ailments. I also keep a small container in the car for meals when I'm out and about.

So helpful! Gluten doesn't digest very well for me, but at times, I do eat it. I reach for American Health original papaya enzyme to assist my digestion in handling gluten. It tastes great!
