Headaches Be GONE
A natural tip to share-- Headaches. Possibly migraine... I've been getting them as a nice side dish with my cervical issues. A few days ago I decided to experiment. I could feel one of the headaches gearing up, it was going to be a doozy. I got the spray very close to my scalp and just saturated it. All over. And the Headache WENT AWAY. Was this a fluke? Well, I don't think so because today I did it for the 3rd time... and ALL 3 TIMES IT HAS WORKED!!! Sure wish I realized this before... I've had several days that just completely disappeared from the calendar due to these headaches. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ðŸ™ŒðŸ™Œâ¤ï¸â¤ï¸ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽ‰â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ (I made "magnesium oil" from a 1:1 mixture of flakes and hot water... put it in a spray bottle. Works great on sore muscles/muscle spasms as well.) You will DEFINITELY want to wash your hair before going out in public... but the mess is more than worth the pain relief. :-
