Impressed
I've noticed that I'm a little more regular since taking them. About two going on three weeks since starting them. They are LARGE! I started taking two capsules instead of the recommended three just to make sure my body gets used to them. At first they were a pain to take but now I have mastered to get them down with no problem. I take them during the week right after I work out before breakfast and on the weekends right before breakfast. It says you can take them on an empty stomach I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND doing that it can make you nauseous so I would recommend right before you eat. It pairs well with my prebiotic/probiotic so that's good. I got this on a whelm because I've had random Chest pain and muscle fatigue for months and I researched the importance of magnesium and how it is the 4th most important mineral your body needs. So I decided to try it out. My Chest pain isn't nearly as frequent and I'm easing myself back into upperbody workouts. I'm waiting for the affects of helping with anxiety but it's only been two going on three weeks. So far so good
