An essential product for joints and ligaments. Within 1.5 weeks of taking it, I noticed my leg hurt less, allowing me to walk a little. After 3 weeks, I could walk almost painlessly. I took it for 3 months, in line with the manufacturer's advice, and though it was unusual to start with 8 tablets, it became easier.
