I wholeheartedly recommend this supplement as effective. I’ve forgotten about joint problems, including crunching and pain. I suggest taking it for three months to alleviate joint issues for years. Since the dosage is hefty, I take it every other day when I have no specific complaints, and one package lasts three months. I’m overjoyed with the results and will try their Animal Pak complex vitamin supplements next.

The best COMPLEX for joints! At 29, I was diagnosed with coxarthrosis (stage 2) eight years ago. I’ve tried many remedies, but without MSM I found it futile. There were times when I experienced cutting knee pain and limped for weeks. I tried Animal Flex, which contains anti-inflammatories and vitamin C for collagen synthesis. With just one can, I forgot about pain and discomfort for 44 days, feeling healthy and confident with each step. I sometimes drink it continuously, and I appreciate that there are no gastrointestinal side effects despite my history of gastroduodenitis. However, it's best to take it with food.
