Oh, the relief!

I have been experiencing pain all over my body, and especially in my feet over the last couple of years. My go to for relief was usually Epsom salt which does give some relief. Someone told me about Magnesium Flakes, so I went ahead and purchased this product. I wanted something that is 100% and more effective than Epsom salt. When I first used Asutra, I felt a mild stinging sensation, even more surprising was the instant relief I felt as it moves from my feet up into me legs. The stinging sensation didn't last for long but the the sense of relief certainly did. I haven't tried it yet in a full bath, but I will and I am sure I will be pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for and instant and lasting relief from achy feet and muscles

Just Believe & Buy!

If you're reading reviews on this product, then you must know you need Magnesium! And I can tell you, as a "search & research first" person, you have found the correct item to buy. * There are many compounds of magnesium (citrate, acetate, gluconate, oxide etc), however Magnesium Chloride has the lowest stability constant which offers the highest bioavailability. As for me, I've been dealing with perimenopause issues coupled with excessive stress for a couple years, of which have worsened this past year, and now since using magnesium chloride, my sleep has improved, my complexion has improved & my crazy anxiety is gone!! FYI - to make a spray for your skin (i.e. Magnesium Oil) , it's a 1 to 1 ratio. Bring 1 cup water to a boil, turn off the heat then add 1 cup magnesium flakes, stir to melt, let cool completely then pour into a spray bottle and use on your body! Not only is this of purest/highest quality, but even the company's service seems outstanding, in that they personally reach out to you to ensure your satisfaction and/or address any questions or issues (none of which I've had)

my first magnesium bath – and it was GREAT!

These flakes are high quality. The packaging is top notch. I add about 2 cups to my tub along with a couple of drops of lavender essential oil and OMG, it felt so amazing. Needless to say, I had the best nights sleep ever and it just felt so good knowing by entire body was soaking up magnesium

Customer Service Shines

Before I received my order of Zechstein Magnesium Chloride flakes, I received an email and a free e-book about how to use it. Now, I've used magnesium chloride flakes many times, but I learned more from that e-mail and the attached book than I've ever known. The owner gave helpful tips, and a few cautions, for everything beginning with opening the jar to the importance of drinking a full glass of water before and after the bath. I have fibromyalgia and am also recovering from a recent car accident, so I was in serious need of a magnesium bath! I mixed up some of the flakes in a jar with some essential oils to fit my particular needs, and felt distinctly better after the bath. I slept well last night and awoke with less pain--and that means a lot to me. I honestly wouldn't know quality magnesium flakes from poor, but there's so much knowledge in the book, and the emailed notes, that I'm very glad I bought this, out of all the brands on the market

No more cramps.in the legs.

I really love this product. It is a really good example of Magnesium flakes. I used it and some distilled water to make some magnesium oil. (My physical therapist thought I might be low on Magnesium and I don't tolerate it well by mouth.) I've been spraying this on my legs and lower back for a little over a week now and have stopped waking up with cramps in my legs. I'm also experimenting with spraying it as a deodorant. (I've been using the strongest ones on the market.) It actually seems to be working well, while not leaving any white film. I've read of itching skin being a problem, but just adding a little more water to the mix should help that. It does leave a slight residue but it's just like coming in out of the ocean. To make the oil I use equal amounts of magnesium flakes and distilled water. Boil the water then add to the flakes in a glass bowl, cool, then pour into a spray bottle. (I use glass so I don't have to worry about leaching chemicals.) Then spray on daily. How much you use depends on how much you feel you need

QUALITY PRODUCT AND A HAPPY CUSTOMER

I am so glad that I purchased this product. It has been so helpful to both my daughter and I. I made a spray for my daughter for sleeping. SHE LOVES IT. She said it is the best sleep ever. I also use the spray for myself after I shower in the morning and at night. I have noticed a positive changes in my day to day. I have not had a chance to read the ebook, but I plan to this weekend. I also want to say presentation is everything. The packaging and the over all plastic sealing was neatly place on the jar. I am also pleased that the amount is plentiful at such a reasonable cost. Worth every penny – NEVER using epsom again.

I've been using epsom salt for my foot soak for as long as i can remember and while it felt great, I didn't get much relief. My physical therapist suggested switching to pure magnesium flakes so i tried this and noticed the difference on the first day! It dissolves so well and my RLS and leg cramps are all but gone. I prefer a weekly foot soak versus bath soak because it's just easier for me

Makes an amazing Magnesium Spray to use for Arthritis pain!!

Pure Zechstein Magnesium Chloride Flakes - Doctor Recommended For Foot & Body Soaks FREE Magnesium E-Book (one 2lb jar) This is truly amazing in the bath. I'm going to try their Slim & Detox also. An update to these flakes: I decided to try something I had read and make the magnesium oil from these flakes using 1/2 cup of flakes and 1/2 cup warm water--not hot. I mixed them and put in a spray bottle for my husband to use on his legs which often cramp at night. He put some hand cream on his calves as usual (but instead of using another magnesium spray from another company--he used this new oil). Boy, could he tell a difference!! I decided to try out with an elderly friend (80 years old) for her arthritis. After her shower I rubbed her neck and shoulders and lower back with regular body lotion (I used Dove) and then sprayed this oil on and rubbed in. She went all morning without complaining and wasn't even complaining by 3:00 except to let me know that I could come any night and rub her down to help her sleep. She usually uses an expensive pain ointment which only helps some--not as much as this one did!! She was up and about for most of the day and felt better than usual

Wish it worked.

I ended up giving up on these and dumping the rest into a bath - maybe if I used them consistently over time but who's goign to take a bath every night? This is what it would require me to do. When I made them into a spray, they stung - just like the other magnesium oil I used after this. I am still on my search for what can help me sleep better. I really think it's a combination of hormones and stress for me

Excellent Healing Properties!

These magnesium chloride flakes are pretty cool. I use them in my homemade bath salt blends. The last one I made was the Spirulina Detox Bath Salts, which have incredible pain relieving, muscle relaxing and anxiety busting benefits. Along with these magensium flakes, I used Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt and Dead Sea Salt, MSM, Spirulina Powder, plus pain relieving essential oils and healing plant oils like hemp seed oil. I'm treating my mom for her arthritis and she swears by this original bath blend. It cuts down on her stiffness in the morning and helps to ease pain and tension in her hips. The magnesium flakes come in larger and harder pieces than I expected, but they can be broken down and crushed, and they melt easily in warm water. They sort of feel like seaglass with their smooth but slightly sticky surface. Magnesium is essential for optimal health, balanced mood, sleep, energy and cognition, and Asutra is a tried and true company. The magnesium flakes come in a nice plastic jar with a mini wooden scoop. The flakes were originally stuck on the scoop but they eventually came off with warm water.
