Effective for muscle aches
I generally use a smaller amount than recommended, yet I can still feel the impact. If you're experiencing muscle aches or feel cold, it's advisable to add more. It's excellent that it doesn't get cold after leaving the bath.
It gets very warm! Normally, I feel cold after a bath, but not this time! I’m unsure if it works because it's odourless, but I think it does. I'll definitely repeat it when this runs out.
With magnesium, I can relax and sleep well during bath time. Sweating is beneficial, particularly in cold weather. I want to repeat this because I can feel the effects. There is no scent.
Just one spoon in a cold bath keeps me warm and induces sweating for a good night's sleep.
