Update: Effective but beware of side effects. About a week after ceasing Carditone, I began experiencing ulcer symptoms and was subsequently diagnosed with one. This, coupled with my ongoing battle with depression, has reaffirmed that Carditone's side effects can be harsh. Initially, it helped control my blood pressure effectively, allowing me to discontinue clonidine. However, the severe side effects, including significant diarrhea, became overwhelming, and I had to stop. It may work for some, but discuss with your doctor about possibly safer alternatives like Reserpine.

Research ingredients carefully

Exercise caution regarding ingredients—there may be serious life-threatening side effects. I based my decision to give this to a loved one solely on reviews, which was careless. One ingredient is utilised in cancer treatment and can have severe chemotherapy-related side effects, while another can lead to kidney damage, diarrhea, nausea, and interact with prescription medicines. I'm comfortable with the first two active ingredients but caution against the last two. It's crucial to thoroughly research for safety.

However, it also caused a drop in my diastolic blood pressure, leaving me unwell with dizziness, extreme tiredness, and explosive diarrhea. While there were cognitive benefits, the side effects ultimately outweighed the positives, and it didn’t suit me, though it works well for my husband.
