Although it has only been a few days since I started taking it, I find that it seems effective for my prostate health. Though I do not have a significant prostate issue yet, as a man in my forties, I have noticed some changes. This supplement appears to be helping with those.

I used it for three weeks with Manuka honey after Fajr prayer. The effect was beneficial for prostate enlargement, though the quantity is rather small for the price. I will definitely repurchase.
