Best “flavor” which means, none

Medically, I'm required to take this daily…….or something similar. My doc prefers the ingredient in this product to that in Metamucil. I tried two knock offs that cost less than Benefiber and they tasted funny and made the 4x daily dose really obnoxious. Funny thing, after using this for months and months, I find that I drink MORE water as a result, a good thing, as the water has a slightly different “feel” as it is swallowed, making the Cold tap water more palatable. If, like me, you need to take this, get the big container as you'll save money, or go on auto delivery. And, you can rip off the label and just have a white canister on the counter not advertising your fiber needs

I HIGHLY recommend this. I take a medication that makes me constipated sometimes, and to help with my problem I drink a couple of spoonfuls in tea once a day. It works very well and there truly is no taste. I mix this with tea; when you first mix this it may clump up a bit but if you stir it for about 30 seconds then let it sit for a minute or two all of the clumps will go away completely, even in an ice Cold drink. The taste is even completely undetectable in water! The only thing that I've found that it doesn't mix well in is milk, the clumps don't go away

This stuff Is magical

It actually is what it says it is! There's ZERO flavor and ZERO texture! I mix one tablespoon with Cold water and you know what it tastes like? Just Cold water! My mind is blown because I've never had a fiber supplement that was so easy to add to my diet. If you need to add a fiber supplement to your diet, I recommend this one :

Works well, dissolves completely!

Dr recommended I use this to get more fiber in my diet. I initially tried psyllium husk powder, but it wouldn't dissolve completely and tasted TERRIBLE. So I switched to Benefiber from Amazon. It dissolves right away, and there is absolutely NO taste. I add it to a glass of water and that's it. It can also be added to coffee, tea, or any hot/Cold beverage
