This ALA has worked wonders for me. After just a week of taking it, I've felt a sense of lightness, energy, and strength from the very first capsule. My vision has improved as well, and the 600 mg dosage is excellent. I take it in the morning before breakfast, although I did take two once š. Just to clarify, I also take hormonal pills as prescribed by my endocrinologist, so Iām not self-medicating. Thank you š, these have truly been a game-changer for me.
