Cramps eliminated
Great value and product! I’ve only taken these for two weeks for cramps related to diabetes. So far, I haven’t experienced a single cramp. I take one a day with plenty of water since they can burn if they break before reaching the stomach. This is fantastic value, especially at one per day; with 240 tablets, they should last me for eight months.

Nerve pain reduction
Totally spot on! At first, I was sceptical after reading many reviews about this supplement. Yet, the quality ingredients encouraged me to try it. Its size is quite large, but I managed to swallow it with a big glass of water. After a month, it has greatly reduced the nerve pain in my legs from a spinal injury, though it took two weeks for my body to adjust. I genuinely love this product! While I read it can make urine smell odd, that indicates my body is using it effectively. Additionally, I've noticed a slight reduction in body fat, which wasn't my goal but is a pleasant surprise. This feels much better than the medications prescribed by my doctor!
