Great for cold sores
Terrific product. I have suffered from cold sores my whole life. I am over 45 and have been taking L-Lysine for about 10 years. It works. If I catch a cold sore early, it doesn’t emerge if I take L-Lysine. At the onset of a tingle, I take two in the morning, one in the afternoon, and two before bed. I do this for as long as I feel the tingle and two days after it stops. This product is fantastic! They do cause some constipation, so drink plenty of water with them.

Canker sore relief
No more mouth pain! I began taking this for canker and cold sores after suffering with them constantly for nearly two years. Since trying this product daily, I haven't experienced a canker sore or thrush. A cold sore tried to emerge once, but I increased the dosage for a day, and it vanished.

Relieves cold sores
OMG, it works! It's a large pill but it does the job! I have HSV 1&2. When I feel a cold sore coming, I take two more on top of my daily dose and it goes away. The bottle has 180 pills and you only take one a day unless you feel a sore approaching, then it's a bit more. Just buy it; you won't regret it.

Highly recommend product
The best product for cold sores! I absolutely adore the Lysine tablets. Since I started using them, I haven’t had a cold sore. Alcohol triggers my cold sores, so I control my drinking. With Lysine, I take a tablet before drinking and have no issues. If I ever do feel one coming, I increase to 4,000 mg and it’s tiny or gone within days. I recommend this to anyone who suffers with cold sores. I have had these since I was a teenager, and I wish I had discovered this sooner!

Illness-free
Amazing! I originally bought this for my teenage son with mono, and it helped him recover quickly. I've continued giving it to him as it clears his acne. After learning that it helps prevent illness, I started taking it too. While many get sick this cold and flu season, I’ve been 100% illness-free.
