After having blood test for vitamins, D3 and B12 levels were very low. Took daily as MD prescribed. Back 2 months later to Lab. Current lab test says both D3 and B12 are at desired levels. I will be back for more as needed

great help for energy

Prescribed by my dr because my D3 was so low and I struggle with winter depression, living in the midwest. It has helped a lot with my daily energy level. The first dr I went to prescribed 1,000 IU per day which wasnt anywhere near what was needed to get me on track. Now I see an holistic medicine dr and she has things straightened out

Tiny & No Fillers.

These gel caps are great. They are very tiny, and easy to swallow. Not much larger than the typical 5,000IU caps. I have tried another brand which had substantially larger capsules for the same dosage. They added olive oil as a filler. This brand doesn't do that. Highly recommended

Great product, no nasty smells

I love the fact that this is a 240 bottle of pills for a great price. As a person with constantly low vitamin D. I have noticed that I feel better while taking these. My mood is definitely affected, as is my skin tone and bone strength. Thanks for the quality in the quantity you guys offer

so easy to swallow

Nothing added just the vitamin D 3. Small, so easy to swallow. Very impressed the bottle is full to the top and not just half or 3/4 full and then the rest of the bottle filled with cotton like alot of other companies do. I recommend this vitamin D3 to everyone. They won't be disapointed. Great product and price. If the company keeps being as good with their product and the price in the future as they are now I will be a customer for life

Helpful for restless leg syndrome

This vitamin D3 has helped my restless legs so that I am more comfortable to sleep. At 20-30,000 it also helps with joint pain. I take 10,000IU/day and up to 30,000IU as needed

High milligram and great product!

I heard if you lay naked in the Sun for a half hour that's about 10,000 units of vitamin D3 so this is great for the winter time just take one pill. You got your sunshine in a bottle. I will be a lifetime subscriber to this one
