Perhaps Life Saving?? Taking Vitamin D3 has significantly changed my life. After having a stage 2 melanoma mole removed in 2002 and avoiding the sun, I became very ill with CFS and other issues. I ordered this product from Bio Tech three years ago, raising my blood levels quickly. I now maintain them at about 90 iu with 5000 to 10,000 daily. I've lost nearly 15 pounds, have had no colds, flu, asthma, or even spring allergies. I keep these on hand to assist others in their recovery.

So Pleased. After a year of taking over-the-counter Vitamin D diligently, I read the reviews for this product. My lab values increased significantly within a few months. It effectively alleviated many of my symptoms, such as insomnia, body aches, and improved my asthma. While still not normal, my Vitamin D level was critically low to begin with. It may initially increase some symptoms while absorbing, but it’s worth it!
