So pleased. After a year of taking over-the-counter Vitamin D consistently, I decided to try this product based on reviews. My lab values improved significantly within a few months. It effectively alleviated many symptoms such as insomnia, body aches, and even improved my asthma. Although my Vitamin D level still isn't normal, it was critical when I began. I must warn that there may be an increase in some symptoms during initial use, but the benefits are worth it!
