They're aiding me in maintaining my current state. These are my favourite Vitamin D3. I lack sufficient outdoor exposure, and after being diagnosed with osteopenia followed by osteoporosis over a decade ago, I included them in my vitamin and supplement routine, taking 2 per week along with 5mg Vitamin K2. Despite a few unfortunate falls, including a backwards slip last year on a wet algae-covered concrete patio that left my coccyx sore for months, I avoided any broken bones. I'm convinced these D3 supplements, combined with a nutritious diet and sufficient protein, are helping keep my bones flexible. A recent DEXA bone scan, after over seven years, showed minimal to no further bone loss!
