They're helping me keep what I've got
These are my favorite Vitamin D3. I don't get outdoors enough, and after being diagnosed with osteopenia then Osteoporosis over a decade ago I added them to my vitamin and supplements regimen, taking 2/week divided, along with 5mg Vitamin K2. I've had a few nasty falls since including slipping backwards last year on a concrete patio covered with wet algae and falling right onto the coccyx, while wearing a midi blue jean skirt! The skirt suffered more than I did--although my tailbone was sore for a few months that time. But no broken bones or any need to go to the doctor. So I'm persuaded these D3 supps (along with eating well, and getting enough protein and extra vitamin C, etc.), are helping to keep my bones flexible. And after not having a DEXA bone scan for over 7 years, one a couple months ago showed minimal to no further bone loss
