THIS WORKS TO HYDRATE LIKE NO OTHER PRODUCT I'VE EVER USED! Biolyte is a LIFESAVER! I always have it on hand and even give it in swag bags at parties. It hydrates and relieves nausea and fatigue like nothing else. It works better than any other hydrating product I've ever tried, and I'll always use this product!

Perfect for POTS patients. As someone with POTS, this has been a lifesaver. My cardiologist's PA asked me how many Biolytes I drink daily since my symptoms worsened, and I'd never heard of it. After ordering on the spot, I've been drinking at least one a day. It remarkably helps when I feel lightheaded or my BP drops, and it alleviates my nausea, too. I highly recommend it for others with POTS!

****YUCKY****. The taste is off-putting, making it hard to appreciate its benefits. However, I've grown to accept it chilled. After finishing my case, I couldn't live without it and ordered more, including a new Berry flavour. It works miracles for my frequent nausea and even relieves leg cramps.

Alleviates nausea

Works, but not a full-blown cure. I’ve been using it for over a year. It really does help me feel better. It isn’t a cure, but it certainly alleviates nausea and cramps. This product is definitely worth it.
