I've been using BlenderBottles for years. I used a Nalgene in highschool but stopped because I didn't feel like it was getting 100% cleaned between uses (because of the small mouth). I've gotten close friends and family onto this bottle too because of all the perks. Here's a list of reasons why this bottle is the best: - Dishwasher safe - Gets 100% clean (even if you just rinse the bottle after a protein shake and refill it with water - nothing sticks to the bottle walls) - Fits in all cupholders - Holds 32 oz without looking obnoxiously large - Sleek design is appealing to minimalists - Never leaks. Just make sure the lid is screwed on all the way and the lid is snapped shut. Seriously, I've had this bottle stored horizontally at the bottom of my backpack in college and it never once leaked (no matter how much I walked around campus that day, or how many times I put/took my backpack on/off, etc.)

I wish it was a little easier to snap the lid shut and open it, but I can't complain that nothing ever spills out. I bought several of these and would highly recommend them
Read More...I purchased one on May 11th 2017 and it leaks around the thread constantly no matter how much I tighten it! I've stained multiple shirts with my protein shakes. Very frustrating. It happened again right now hence me actually bothering to post this. Otherwise I love the bottle, color, plastic (like described it does not absorb odor) and the finger guard lid. I added a picture
Read More...We've accumulated a number of BlenderBottle shaker bottles over the years, specifically the Classic, Pro, and Sport Mixer styles. There are differences between them, but they all share important commonalities including: measurement markings, leak-proof, BPA free, carrying loops and, of course, the all important blender ball. Note that there's also something called the Pro Stak. It's an expansion pack that fits the Pro45, but I'm not familiar with it enough to comment. There's a difference between the blender ball that's in the Pro series. It's made of heavier gauge wire than the other styles. The Pro series also has a rounded bottom, the others have flat bottoms. The Classic and Pro BlenderBottles have wider mouths than the SportMixer BlenderBottles. The differences between the styles is reflected in the price, so it's in one's best interest to determine which components are most important. The blenderball wire whisk is common to all bottles. It whips around inside the bottle, mixing drinks to a smooth consistency. Individuals will want to decide whether what they're mixing requires the heavier gauge ball and rounded bottle to achieve their desired consistency. If that's what's needed, the Pro series is the answer. If the bigger gauge ball isn't necessary, the question comes down to whether a wide mouth is needed. No matter the style, I've been happy with all of the BlenderBottle shakers. If I had to choose, I'd go with the Classic, simply because it meets my needs, has a wider mouth than the SportMixer, and is more economical than the same size Pro bottle, but I rate all of the BlenderBottles five stars
Read More...The shaker is awesome as far as size, but there is a design flaw. The bottom of the shaker is thin, which makes no sense. It should be a solid bottom to prevent this from even happening. Well as you may from time to time put ice, a powered pre workout/energy booster and water. The ice will cause the bottom of the shaker to crack farely easily. So it starts to leak after a period of use. This has happened to me twice before I noticed the issue. Now the third one I use gingerly even though it's supposed to be designed to take shaking things up in it
Read More...I have many blenderbottles that I have been using over the past few years. I recently got the vacuum insulated one that they seem to only sell on their website and loved it until it came time to use protein powder, it ALWAYS had clumps in it. Since I got used to it never having a smell I looked around and saw that blenderbottle now makes this one that has Tritan plastic which claims to hinder smells in case protein is left in their too long (I would never do this......lol) After having this for a few days I must say this is the best shaker cup I have ever used, the rounded bottom really helps when making a protein shake and every shake I have had has had zero clumps in it. 10/10 Would recommend
Read More...My husband has used blender bottles for awhile for his protein shakes. After he uses them, he is so kind to lose them in his car...for days...in the heat...with milk remnants. This combination creates a lovely smell for me when I open them for washing. So that's what this bottle has been through. I'll say that the smell still knocks me over but once it's washed, it no longer smells. This is an improvement. Usually I have to use combinations of soap and baking soda multiple times to get the smell out of the plastic. The rounded bottom is nice. Not only is it easier to mix, but it's also easier to clean because there are no "corners". The size is probably the largest of all blender bottles. The larger overhang on the spout cover is way nice. You won't accidentally touch the mouth spout with your nasty hands
Read More...The one complaint I've had about my previous BlendeBottles is the corners at the bottom of the bottle that seem to attract globs of protein powder. This new design addresses that issue entirely with a rounded bottom and improves upon a few other things as well. It's worth the price increase over the regular design purely for the rounded bottom in my opinion
