Excellent design with some room to improve
I'm using the bands with the door hinge anchor. This setup works well for most exercises, but for pulldowns at my height (6'4"), a wall anchor set higher up would work better, but that's not about this product itself. The handles are excellent. The bands offer really smooth, really consistent resistance. The exercise guide is good, and the Bob and Brad channel is betterâ€"it offers more full-body, functional fitness ways to use the bands, which is what I wanted. My only suggestion for improvement is the instructions. They don't explain that the metal carabiner clips at the ends of the bands only clamp to other metal rings and not to any of the webbing straps on the door hinge anchor. Instead, you pass the band through the webbing straps so that the latex is stretching against the smooth surface of the webbing strap attached to the door hinge anchor. I figured this out by (a) watching videos at Bob and Brad's channel and seeing how they anchored the bands to the strap and (b) feeling the sharp edges of the metal carabiner clips and guessing that they'd cut the bands if they made contact. Perhaps this is obvious to most people buying this band set, but for complete newbies like me, the instructions could add an additional step and prevent people from destroying their new bands by anchoring them incorrectly
